Voucher Collection & Spending Records Enquiry


You can enquire your consumption voucher records through the following channels:

Using the Octopus App to Enquire Consumption Voucher Records
Download Octopus App:
Download Android Octopus App Download iOS Octopus App Download from Huawei AppGallery
  • Android - NFC-enabled mobile devices
  • iOS - iPhone 7 or newer with iOS 13 or above, or connected with Octopus Mobile Reader;

If your Octopus Card registered in the Scheme has been added to your Octopus App account, you can click on “Consumption Voucher” to enquire your consumption voucher records as follows,


  • Consumption voucher available for collection
  • Collected consumption voucher
  • Uncollected consumption voucher
  • Expiry date for the collection of consumption vouchers
  • Cumulative eligible spending
  • Eligible and ineligible spending details

If the Card has not been added to your Octopus App account, you can still click on “Consumption Voucher”, and input your Octopus Card Number or tap your Octopus Card to review the above records, except


  • Eligible spending details

The newly launched “Easy Mode” in the Consumption Voucher section offers larger fonts and convenient, easy access. You can


  • place your Octopus Card at the back of the mobile device to collect your vouchers
  • check your cumulative eligible spending
  • view your “ineligible spending” details

On Octopus Consumption Voucher Website, you can input your Octopus Card Number and registration reference number to review your consumption voucher records as follows,


  • Consumption voucher available for collection
  • Collected consumption voucher
  • Uncollected consumption voucher
  • Expiry date for the collection of consumption vouchers
  • Cumulative eligible spending
  • Eligible and ineligible spending details

If you only input your Octopus Card Number, you can still review the above records, except


  • Eligible spending details

At Octopus Service Points in designated MTR stations and shopping malls, you can select “2023 Consumption Voucher Enquiry” in the main screen, and then tap your Octopus Card on the reader to review your consumption voucher records as follows,


  • Consumption voucher available for collection
  • Collected consumption voucher
  • Uncollected consumption voucher
  • Expiry date for the collection of consumption vouchers
  • Cumulative eligible spending
  • Ineligible spending details
